Beautiful hotel set midst of the city center. 1 minute walk from beautiful outdoor shopping plaza while it’s backyard is the lively lake trail. Hotel staffs were nothing short of sweet. Also, the hotel smells amazing!!!!! Great travel experience!

Very welcoming reception and restaurant team and comfortable room. Food in the restaurant was excellent. The only downside was it was very hot and the hotel room had no air conditioning, so not the most comfortable nights sleep

Très bel hôtel mais 4* seraient suffisantes. Surprenant: 1. Hammam sur rdv et porte sous clé 2. Salle de sport sous clé 3. Pas de piscine 4. Petit déjeuner et café à la demande Le manque d'agilité des procédures rends le système lourd. Le procédures sont bizarres. Le personnel est néanmoins TOP.

Tout était parfait. Du check in où nous avons été surclassé au repas (et brunch le lendemain matin) avec vue à couper le souffle sur le lac. Cette virée en amoureux pour nos 15 ans de mariage resterons gravés dans nos mémoires. On recommande les yeux fermés.

Von Anfang bis Ende sehr höfliches, professionelles und sehr gutes organisiertes Personal. Auch ein Lob an die Reinigungskräfte. Oft werden sie vergessen. Sie sind ein sehr wichtiges Rädchen im System. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Tage verbracht. Auch die Massagen wurden professionell und fachkompetent durchgeführt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder 👍
