"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "Thomas is an amazing host, as from the get go he was very responsive & helpful with any queries. The Chalet Barbara is a truly magical place and the family history attached to it makes is even more special! The hike up there is a bit of a challenge with luggage if you are on foot, as we had to climb during very heavy rain - but the views certainly makes it all worth it. Stay here if you get the chance - you are sure to love it! :) "
