"This was our 2nd visit within 5 weeks so very little changed. Very clean room and public areas but only drawback was a slight damp smell in corridor oitside our room but the room itself was fine. Quite a few dogs staying while we were there but all was good, no problems. Ate in the hotel in the evening; pizza was delicious. Buffet breakast the next morning was good apart from not being hot enough Once again staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again "

"When I arrived I found my room had a damaged window. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant, sorted out a change of room for me without any hesitation and took great personal care to ensure I was happy. The definition of great customer service! "
