They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. "Everyone was professional and kind. From the front desk service in checking us in, trying to accommodate us for a late check-out/actually checking us out, to the dinner staff... everyone was truly very nice! The only complaint we have about our room was the shower only had scalding hot or freezing water, there was no in between. Not sure if this was just a problem with our room (510). But really amazing service we loved it here!!!! Hopefully we'll be back soon!"
