Playa Azul complex has swiming pool, basketball, tennis and handball courts, pin pong table, library and play ground for kids (actually under renovation). Playa Azul beach in front of the complex.

Nearby find greats restaurants, and beach activites rentals (snorkel, scuba, sailing, surfing, fishing, kayaking, dinggie tours, boat tours. Visit the flourescent bay is 10miles east at Fajardo, or take a ferry at Ceiba, to Vieques or Culebra. Perfect location
This is the perfect location nestled between the beach and rainforest. People are so friendly around here. The building security is great and the grounds are clean and well kept. Washer and dryer are a huge plus. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall nice property
Overall nice property, construction going on so don't plan to sleep in. Internet went out midway through visit. Contacted all 3 numbers left and received no response. Last day it rained heavily and leaked water through windows.

Clean, quiet and safe!
This place is clean and quiet. You can see the beach from the balcony. The washer and dryer are a plus. We did not cook, but plenty of cookware was there. Lots of excellent restaurants within a short drive or medium walk. We hope to come again!

Amazing location
It is a terrific location -- the pool area is beautiful, direct access to the beach, walking distance to several places to eat, longer walk or short drive to Luqillo Beach and the kiosks as well as a lovely downtown area with lots of restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but not updated. The internet was down when we were there, but the manager gave us a discount on one of the nights since they couldn't fix it in time.

Perfect for our needs
This rental met our needs perfectly! We enjoyed the pool, close proximity to the beach, and had we known would have even brought our pickle ball racquets; however, we feel this rental was exactly what we wanted/needed. The proximity to stores, kioskos, activities, etc made this extremely desirable. We felt quite safe with the gate access throughout the property, beaches, and more. Our only suggestion would be to have a small lamp in the living room, since the overhead lights were too bright for enjoying some relaxing evening time. Otherwise the staples, linens, cleanliness, was perfect! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place. We hope to come back again in the future. Blessings!

This property is very nice and clean. Our favorite part is that it is right on the beach. We felt secure because it is gated and you need a key to get in the building. The unit has all the amenities that you need.

Peaceful place by the beach

Great location, great beach
We have stayed in these Condo buildings twice before and our first time in this unit. I love the location and the beaches. Walgreens and Amigo, grocery store right across the street. The Kioskos are just a 20 minute walk down the street. 15 minutes to the cute town of Palmer and the road to El Yunque. The beach right across the street has a mix of surf easily within a quick walk.

Condo nice area rough
Condo was nice, but area is rough. Hot water fixture in bathroom needs to be replaced. Nice having beach equipment available and pool and beach a gate away . Washer dryer in condo convienient. Neighborhood stores are not within walking distance. Would consider another condo for next visit with nieghboorhood restaurants and stores accessablility.

Great for a couple
Decent views of the beach and mountain. The condo is required with most of what you will need.... towels included. The bathroom has a vent which was allowing the smell of cigarette smoke in at times (no extractor fan). Security is good. Great place to stay. The washer and dryer were fantastic to have.

Condo facility is older, but clean, safe, and in a convenient location for access to attractions in the north and east parts of the island. Quiet, great for relaxing stay with family - walled compound has pool and playground amenities and easy beach access. Nice to have cooler and chairs available. Minor issues: the plastic cover on the shower knob was broken though the shower still worked ok. Note that there is a stove top and microwave but no oven, so don’t buy frozen pizzas like me :).

Great time in Puerto Rico
This property was ideally located, really close to El Yunque, a reasonable distance for frequent trips to San Juan, close to the airport, and with a great uncrowded beach a very short stroll from your room. There are conveniences (supermarket,fast food, pizzeria, bank ) within walking distance. Restaurants are a longer walk up the beach. The beach itself is beautiful. The property also has a nice pool. We had a great time. Try a great little restaurant for breakfast or lunch called “Simple Food”

Breathless
Where to start? What a great place to stay. I found this listing on another site and decided to go through with booking through VRBO. Everything you see in the picture is true to its form. You’re a 5 min drive from the Kioskos of Luquillo. Flamboyan is outside the complex. You have everything you need at this location. Condo was amazing! The washer/dryer is a bonus. The tv being accessible for every app was a surprise. I will be booking in the near future. What an experience! Thank you for the hospitality. This place deserves its great rating and the HOST is amazing and attentive!
