"This is a reasonably priced hotel located within a mile of most attractions and districts in NOLA. The staff are excellent, welcoming and very helpful. Although Expedia listed laundry services on site, I was disappointed to find them not available at this property. I had to independently contact a launderer which created an expense I wasn’t anticipating. Breakfast is nominal and the same items are served daily. The breakfast serving area is smaller than a hotel room creating a claustrophobic...

Everyone there was amazing to talk to and very welcoming. Also the fact that while in our room we felt like we had our own apartment with the little living room separate from the bedroom. "Business trip to attend a conference in New Orleans. The staff here are very friendly and informative. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only reasons for not having this a 5-star is that I paid almost $400 per night and the breakfast offerings were only coffee. Doesn’t quite seem worth it!"
