"The room was cute, clean, and well outfitted. I definitely felt like the information provided on the site was incomplete. We did not know what to expect in terms of parking until we got check instructions. We reserved a room with a balcony because the property was on Canal St and there was no information indicating the balcony wouldn't face Canal, it didn't. I would have paid more for that, given the option or paid less for a room that didn't but I had no way of knowing what I was getting....

"Luxury is exactly the level of accommodations you will find with the penthouse! It’s clean, lofty, quiet, and just plain exceptional. The lobby is incredible! Down to the decor, they’ve thought of everything! It’s a 3 block walk to the convention center and Starbucks (for those that need it).
