"This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. " Very quite and comfortable and wonderful views. If you want to disconnect this is the place. There are no atm's in the town so bring cash, most places do not take credit cards or debit cards. There are little to no tourists brush up on your Spanish or have google translate. English is not spoken. Enjoyed this town for a couple of days and would definitely return."

"Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return.
