"This is so cute and nicely done and the staff were excellent at trying to help and the property was very clean. Unfortunately, I reserved and paid for a room with a king bed which was not available. We were taken to the smallest room with the smallest bed. The only other room was slightly larger with 2 small beds, I believe they would be a full size which doesn’t really work when you’re over 6” tall! "If you’re just looking for a room, it’s okay. However, it’s quite strange to rent a Bed & Breakfast and then be asked in the morning if you’ve paid for the breakfast. Also, no fruit available in the morning—while not a huge issue, it’s something to note. Overall, the place could use a bit more attention and care."

"The property is super beautiful and the owner is super helful, nice and happy. The whole house full of happiness from owners family to neighbour and the guest. I had littel trouble finding the property but owner picked me up from the tourist center of that area, and I appreciate that. If any suggestion, put a sign or two at the major road and the turn(just like another bnb place next door) but I am surw he will do it soon. "

"This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow.
