Communication was good when they hosted a wedding onsite and the restaurant hours were limited, so that other plans could be made. The only issues for me were the mattresses were a bit stiff ( ultra firm) and our room was a bit of a hike with many uphill stairs to climb when coming to or from the hotel proper.
