"The property was very nicely decorated all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was quite spacious and very quiet for sleeping. I thought that they could provide one bottle of water for coffee for the morning not having to pay 7$s for the water in with the coffee pods. Free coffee in the lobby would be nice "

"We spent 2 nights in september. The hotel location is great and area around is very walkable, also safe. Hotel security is good, can enter lobby only with key card access. There is a lot of parking. Room is large and comfortable. Bathroom is clean with tasteful decor. "

"This hotel is right down by the American falls. We had two great rooms booked. They were very clean and comfortable . Parking was extra but a breeze to utilize in busy Niagara Falls. The staff were pleasant and helpful . We added the breakfast to our stay and it was worth the extra money ..very good buffet. Although the hotel is older compared to others I would highly recommend you stay there !"
