"The hotel is in a great location. Staff on reception really friendly and knowledgeable about where to go. Only slight moan is that they started hoovering and cleaning floors around you while having breakfast which made us feel we had to hurry up and finish even though it wasn’t the end of he breakfast timing. "

"Fabulous hotel! Check in was very efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the bathroom is great. Facilities in the room include a fridge, hairdryer and safe. The only problem was that on the day we were leaving both lifts weren't working. This was an issue as I am disabled and the only way down 2 floors was the stairs. Our luggage was safely stored for us, and even brought across to where I was sitting after coming down the stairs. Highly recommended, and we will visit again."

"Doing a road trip from London to Lake District this was a perfect stop. 5-10 minutes from the highway, 10 minutes walk into the very pretty town of Lymm. Outstanding value: we got a lovely room (first shown had just a roof out our window but given another option on request with open view) Bed was a very comfortable Queen with outstanding bedding, bathroom had a soaker tub - shower (great for my 6'3" husband). "The staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter who served us dinner on the evening of 22nd March was particularly helpful and very professional. The room although a little dated was of a good size. The room was clean and the house keeping ensured the room was refreshed on the 22nd March. My only concern was that a significant number of boys, possibly there due to a football event were not supervised appropriately by the adults, who were obviously responsible for them.
