"Clean and tidy,staff lovely. Only problem was next door with noise, asked to turn tv down,did but 5 minutes later turned it back on. Got no sleep"

"Everything was great. Lovely staff, goodie bag, comfortable bed, bath mat. The shower was awkward to use and bath very deep to climb out of. The bathroom needed a bit of TLC. All in all it was great and we were only there for one night. Ideal location in the city centre. "

"Room was nice and clean but walls had a few stains on them. Bathroom was clean. The room was very nice spacious with large windows. Only problem was the noise from outside but after 11.30pm this stopped. Lift was not working but I don't use lifts and I was on the first floor. I did ask if there was breakfast but the assistant on the desk said there was not. "

"Nice hotel , pleasant staff, overall good value however the bed in my room was very hard and lumpy I had to put a extra blanket on top of the mattress to get comfortable which helped but should not have been necessary."
