"It used to be a very nice hotel, now it is a bit old and needs renovating. Still clean with nice and polite staff. I would not make it a special destination, but it was a good and affordable place to stay for a short business trip."

"The location is great. It is located in old town Quebec city, just accross Hotel Fairmot. Also a 3 min walk to the funicular, dufferin terrace, quartier petit champlain. The 2 queen bedroom is big with courtyard view. windows cannot be opened but it’s ok coz they have aircon. Only downside is the water in the shower, temperature becomes too hot then cold. Just for info their front desk is not 24 hours so if you are arriving late, you need to call ahead so they will give you instruction on how...

"Although staff was responsive to text messaging, the front desk was never staffed during our four night stay. The room was comfortable and clean. We did not use housekeeping staff during our stay, but staff worked quietly in other rooms most mornings. They asked if we needed anything and showed us where we could get necessities, if needed. The hotel’s location is great for exploring Old Quebec City. The parking garage is very close too. We enjoyed our stay."

"Very beautiful building and room, it’s cozy, bed is comfortable and it’s very clean. It’s a self-service with no staff on-site (entirely virtual). I absolutely love that I can text message the staff especially as a hard of hearing person."
