"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel, our stay was only two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and easy to get to, but the view from our room was beyond amazing. The ammenities were so lovely, with a quiet onsen spa with views of Fuji, and easy access to a hiking trail that leads to a beautiful viewpoint up on the hills. If youre looking for a luxury hotel with once in a lifetime views of mt Fuji, this is the place for you. "

"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. "チェックインはフロントの方が教えてくださったのでキオスクで初めてできました。とはいっても、やってもらっていた時間が多かったですが。恐縮でした。 エレベーターも３台あるので待たなければいけないことありません。 ただベッドは固めでした。それ以外はとても快適でまた利用すると思います。 場所は小田原駅から歩いて３分以内で便利。８階でしたが、エレベーターの騒音、おとなり、上の方の騒音等全くありませんでした。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。"

"Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel. "
