Hotel should provide more training to the lobby staff to have initiative to greet the incoming guests. Although there are auto Check-in and Check-out machines, hotel staff should take initiative to greet and help the guests to use the machine properly when they first step in the reception area. A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected."

"It is truly very clean. I love the personal pajamas laid out on our bed every evening. I accidentally scratched my finger and they immediately took out their first aid kit. So helpful with directions and recommendations. The only thing is - the rooms are tiny and we booked a room for 3..and with 3 beds in one room- there was no space for all our suitcases. The food was good - but it was the same thing ever single day for the 7 days we were there...Overall, I would still recommend this place. "

Hotel occupies 24th floor and above floors of the building so view from the room was great. One thing that I did not like was the size of room. We had a Standard Double room and it was quite small so we had to move around the furniture in order to place two luggage, and the bathroom was barely big enough to move around.
