"The room was just the right size for overnight. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was piwerful and clean. Although the toilet cubicle had a stain on the floor in front of the bowl. All in all my stay was comfortable. "

"This hotel is quite nice. I had to use it as my flight got cancelled and I got another the following evening so I booked in. My only issue with the hotel was the maid knocking my door and coming into the room at 8am on a Sunday morning! Safe to say that was me startled, waking up and jumping out of bed not knowing what was going on! Surely there should be some system that reception tells the housekeeping when someone has checked out so they can then service the room as opposed to waking people...

"Fantastic location for central Birmingham! We had a private room which was very spacious and clean. And the price was around half of staying in a local hotel. Staff were great, easy free parking right outside after 6pm on a Saturday which was ideal and visible CCTV outside which was reassuring. Really impressed with this place, would definitely return next time we’re in Birmingham! "
