"Hotel staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. The lobby had an amenities bar where you can grab items like face wash, hairbands, etc. The hotel is very clean. I did rate that at 3 stars because the cleaning service system was very confusing, and must be done every morning. I forgot a couple times, and a laminated note was left under my door. The Eco option mentioned, clean towels would be provided, as well as bed making, and one more thing that slips my mind at the moment. Only new...
