"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"Excellent location! Right next to a river that had cherry blossoms sprouting when we arrived. A convenience store wasnt too far. Was traveling with a group of 5 so this house was more than enough space! The host was amazing and communicated effectively! "

"Very nice house. Proximity to the JR Shin Koiwa station makes getting anywhere in Tokyo very easy. It’s about a ten minute walk. Host is excellent and communicates well. Very quiet neighborhood. If you can navigate the excellent Tokyo rail and subway system this is an excellent choice for your visit. I would not hesitate to book the Kanae House again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Kamei House! Communication was excellent. We were granted access to the house with a phone app to control the lock which was a handy and easy way to check in. The house was located with easy access to two train stations depending on route. There was plenty of space for our group of six and we had a great time exploring Tokyo from this convenient location!"

"まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。"

"This property was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and came with added amenities that any visitor will appreciate. The location was only a very short distance to Shinkoiwa Station, which made transport very easy. It is also located right next to the Edo River which made for a nice stroll in the evening. We very much enjoyed our time here and would Highly recommend this property!"

"The house was located near two stations and is an excellent choice for travelers not using a car. The house was clean and the facilities were good. The house is in a semi rural setting and backs onto a fruit orchard which during our stay was in full bloom and looked amazing. We highly recommend staying here."

Area very safe for families, park across from stay was nice …a 711 around every corner…unit we had was great except for no dryer…but no worries just down the street 5 minute walk…a full laundry mat…restaurants, local markets all in walking distance…would stay again…recommend everyone to check it out!!"

"This was our first accommodation in Japan, and was a great start to our trip. The owners are lovely with very regular and excellent communication and the hotel itself is spotless with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable with lots of space for storage and the facilities and equipment was basically all brand new and a pleasure to use. The only possible downside is more to do with the location than the property with a pretty major highway / railway line nearby that...

"This place was truly an amazing stay. It’s clean, quiet, safe, and nice. The rooms are small, don’t trust the images because they make the rooms seem a lot bigger, but they’re very nice. The best part is HOW CLOSE to the airport it is. It’s literally connected. And you’re always connected to a train station to take you anywhere. This was truly the best option for a hotel. I can not recommend them enough!"

"The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. There are restaurants on the property that served traditional Japanese food and western options. We ate at the breakfast buffet twice: just be mindful of the table reservations procedures. We also had dinner at the Japanese restaurant staff was friendly attentive and the food was delicious! We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close to the Disney monorail which connects to the Mahaima station. The hotel was conveniently located for the day we spent at Disney. However, it does take 30 minutes to get into Tokyo from the hotel. We had a room with a balcony looking over Tokyo bay some mornings we could see Mount Fuji. The area is quiet which was a nice change from the city visits. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Excellent hotel to stay at if you're doing Disney theme parks. Hotel offers a shuttle to train station and theme parks at multiple times during the hour. I also recommend to take advantage of the buffet during the morning. Has every food item to start the day before you hit the parks."
