"Some capsule hotels are sort of a bother to stay at, but this one was easy. The check-in was smooth, there was a shoe locker by the entrance, the capsules were surprisingly spacious (for capsules), the sleeping room was generally very quiet, Wifi was steady, the toilets were ample, the bathroom sinks were nice, the garbage cans were easy to find and easy to use...all in all, a nice stay. "The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal...
