"The great: The breakfast was outstanding. Excellent help from the attendant, and the food was delicious, abundant and attractive. Beyond that, it's in a great location, is very clean and is reasonably priced. On the downside, there were some problems with the room--the main closet door was broken, and a request to repair didn't get a response. The towel warmer cut out after the first day (not a terrible problem, but it would have been nice if it worked!). Overall, though, I was really happy...

"The staff are great: gracious, helpful and always available to assist. But the rooms are overheated and have poor ventilation and fresh air. The very first room I stayed in was incredibly hot…the second room was an improvement with a window that could open albeit the view was walls with pipes and the final room had heating that was more comfortable and controllable. The bar staff were excellent as were the reception staff. "
