"I read the reviews prior to booking at the property. Some of the reviews were accurate and others were not. I found that: -There is limited access to get from the terminal to the hotel. The Pods in terminal 5 were the easiest transportation to/from the hotel. Just know the Pods are completely driverless on a predetermined track (think of a Disneyland ride without all of the effects) and they need to charge and have to reboot. I did have to wait once for a Pod to reboot prior to entering....

"I found the staff very friendly and the room had every thing I would expect from a good hotel room. The breakfast was good and there food was very well cooked. The only niggle is trying to get to the main street."

"When I arrived there was no-one at the desk but I pressed the bell then had to telephone and a very harrased looking guy came and dealt with me. He took my money and two receptionists arrived and another a girl with my change. The receptionist was very pleasant but I had to say 'I do not have a key yet' as the guy did not give me one. "
