"I HAD A HORRIBLE TIME WITH THE PARKING PROCESS. The clerk at the front desk charged us for parking. The cameras automatically submit fines yo the car rental firms. So i had to argue to get the 100 pound fine cancelled because of the clerks error. Then i couldn't get the info from the hotel to get the 35 pound fine fee refunded. "Good sized room, comfy bed, river view, close to local.shops, shower curtain dirty, kettle lid pops open when boiling-safety hazard! No communications with staff other than check in which was fast but not the most welcoming, 'how was your journey' 'come far?' Customer service make your customers feel welcomed. But otherwise nice hotel would stay again"
