"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"The check-in instructions I received on my phone were clear, concise and to the point. The morning after, I found myself calling both the management company and Expedia. "Really great stay in this flat. Perfect for the car show up the road which we had travelled down for. The pub across the way did good value food. Only thing I would say is don’t email the property hosts, just text or phone the mobile number!"

"Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. "Very good Hotel. Check in was excellent, the lady on the desk extremely helpful. Beautiful champagne bar and everywhere was in good condition. The room was spacious, the bed enormous and the shower and bath brand new. Staff in the bar and elsewhere were excellent."

Perfect for basic stay for LHR T5

"Perfectly cheap and cheerful for an overnighter before an early-ish flight from LHR T5. Very basic and a little tired, but had all you needed - shower and a clean bed - for a quick stopover. Breakfast was very nice and when factored into the room cost (£15 each if purchased on site) made the stay an absolute bargain. Local 423 bus only 2 stops to/from airport, stops right outside the hotel. Will definitely stay again!"
