"My stay was for one night as i was travelling from the Midlands to do a cycling sportive at The New Forest the following day, with an early start. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room had just been decorated and the only issue was the showerhead could have done with either a good scrub or changing. All in all a pleasant stay couldn't hesitate booking again."

Lady on reception at check in was lovely despite being very busy, and helped me out with no fuss when i locked myself out of my room. Will stay again next time im in Newbury. "

"Comfortable stay is a period property in beautiful grounds. Only 2 downsides to spoil the perfection - fire alarm fault at 2300 on 1st night and a tiny kipper fillet at breakfast in the morning otherwise faultless."
