"Comfortable and clean "

"A very pleasant stay with only two issues that detracted from an excellent stay Breakfast was ok but didn’t match a good premier inn breakfast and didn’t match up with regard to variety of choice or presentation that the price per head indicated. The spa staff were all very lovely but didn’t know how to date different treatments available to help with choosing also the spa lounge frequently ran out of boiling water and the full range of herbal teabags and left over cups and rubbish was left on...

"Obviously, as property is being renovated it means outside of building looks like a bit of a building site. But the renovated rooms and the public areas were lovely, and the staff great. Free parking and coffee as compensation is a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again."

"Friendly staff on front desk willing to accommodate our requests, room clean but basic is an understatement, I know it is a budget hotel but at least heating (we had a tiny oil radiator in the room that didn’t heat it) luckily we had blankets in the car!! And no kettle or tea and coffee in the room had to pay extra at the desk when checking in"

"Lovely stay. There were a few little details that didn't spoil our stay but were noticeable like minor repairs needed, soap empty in bathroom and not all pre-ordered items were made available. Would still recommend for a good value stay. Lots of places to eat and drink in area so we didn't try bar/restaurant. "

"Hotels was nice, little bit of a maze to find the room but the rooms were clean and in good condition, few things lacking;extra pillows, towels and water in the room. But all around a nice plac, will visit again. I must also compliment the hotel staff, from the cleaners to reception all were super friendly and went the extra mile for greetings."

"Bar staff "mistakenly" gave me change for £10 when i paid with a 20. When queried she begrudgingly called over her supervisor to inform her of my query and then once the till was opened saw that i was correct with a 20 sat in the 10 drawer. A stunted apology was then given. Not good!!!"
