"Beautiful surroundings. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room quite basic. Not enough disabled parking and the ones that are there are literally no bigger than standard ones. Our wedding party was in the Horseshoe Barn and although it was excellent getting to and from it was very difficult for someone who has balance issues. Pushing a wheelchair over the cobbled road was nigh impossible so we had no choice but to walk. Luckily, although my wife has serious issues with balance, she can walk...

"Hotel is clean, modern and furbished to a high standard, with staff who are attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good - just missing a bowl of fresh fruit salad. The only quibble is that the bedroom walls are paper-thin and I had the misfortune to be next door to a guest who watched the TV until 3am which gave me a disturbed night’s sleep. The management did apologise but, ultimately, the issue was largely beyond their control other than they could display signs in bedrooms requesting...
