"The property is very accurate in the description given. The location is right next to shopping and restaurant areas. Walk to the promenade/ beach. Nice little extras provided eg fruit, milk, biscuits. Also paper towel and cooking spray Our coffee machine had a cracked water resevoir which was a shame as it was a bonus to have a coffee machine but we couldnt use it. There is a small hot plate range, microwave , toaster and jug as well as plates, cooking pots etc. A good size Aldi is short walking...

"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"Lovely helpful staff on the phone. Easy to find with free parking right in front. Easy to get in and out. Quiet and clean with all the extras you dont always expect. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice and Warm- once we figured out how to turn on the heating! Comfortable cozy bed. Great shower. Just didnt know what soap was for what! Place was right across the street from the Tram and the beach. "

The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"The property was nice, in an older building with flats, this is on the ground floor. It was really clean, although it had a bit of a smoker's smell to it. I don't think it was because someone smoked in it, but maybe in an adjoining flat, like downstairs perhaps? It was really close to Pleasure Beach and other attractions - you'll walk there in about 5 mins. Also, within easy walk of the train station. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. "We were greeted by Keith on arrival who showed us in and where everything was ,he even had a fresh pint of milk to go with the coffee and biscuits in the apartment It was very clean and tidy, really well equipped, nice and quiet Short 3 minute walk to the high street and shops and restaurant and just across the road to the sea. Five minute walk to the tram station to take you all along the promenade to all of Blackpool's sites Would 100% book again Thanks Keith "

Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!!
