"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"The property was nice, in an older building with flats, this is on the ground floor. It was really clean, although it had a bit of a smoker's smell to it. I don't think it was because someone smoked in it, but maybe in an adjoining flat, like downstairs perhaps? It was really close to Pleasure Beach and other attractions - you'll walk there in about 5 mins. Also, within easy walk of the train station. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again. "

We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. "We were greeted by Keith on arrival who showed us in and where everything was ,he even had a fresh pint of milk to go with the coffee and biscuits in the apartment It was very clean and tidy, really well equipped, nice and quiet Short 3 minute walk to the high street and shops and restaurant and just across the road to the sea. Five minute walk to the tram station to take you all along the promenade to all of Blackpool's sites Would 100% book again Thanks Keith "

Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! "This is our second stay at Thurnham Hall as we enjoyed it so much last time. I think the things that could be improved are: no charge for the leisure centre. It’s unclear on the website what the charges are, if they always apply etc. More clarity about how many bathrooms/ beds exactly will be provided. Last time we had the opportunity to split the beds in the main bedroom, which worked well as I was sharing with my daughter. This time it was a double bed. Or there should be an option to tick to...
