"Very nice stay but being that’s it’s winter time they should really take into consideration the pool around shouldn’t feel like outside . They should make sure the heat is turned on & if they can’t accommodate that , let guest know ahead of time."

"My stay was great and the location was even greater because the hotel was in the midst of great stores to shop at and good restaurants to dine at. The only con is that the hotel could be refreshed, specifically the room I stayed in. The refrigerator had a leak, the bathroom lights gave a strobe light effect for 1-2 min. when turnt on and the cleaning could be a little more thorough. I stayed in one of the studuo suites. "The staff at reception was great, as was the food and wait staff. The housekeeping staff was blasting their music while cleaning rooms and two house keeping staff got into an argument and when another guest and I popped our heads out they told us to mind our own business an go back to our rooms. The other guest asked them to keep it down (she was on a work call) and they turned the music up. Disappointing as all the other staff was fantastic."

"As I mentioned earlier, when I entered the room, it had some kind of strong scent. I had to run the fan from the heater/AC for several hours to dissipate it. I really got a good night sleep because the bed was wonderful and I like the extra long pillows they had. The bathroom was kind of strange because it had a low ceiling and there was not a lot of room. But the shower was very invigorating."
