The elevator didn't work and we were on the 3 rd floor. The shower handle came off in my husband's hand and the hot tub jets never came on. They did give me extra points but I had to ask for them. This no way lives up to a Hilton standard.

Our power went out so we needed somewhere to go for a night. The elevators were down and no one bothered to tell us until we got there. We had to walk up stairs with our young child and all of our luggage. Apparently there is only one set of stairs and you have to go outside to use them. They only offer room service in the evening which I wish was more clear. Their faucet in the bath was loose and leaked. The keys stopped working almost immediately after receiving them and when I went to get them fixed at the front desk the person in front of me had a much nicer checkin experience than my own. The woman who checked us in was abrupt and not friendly.

The elevator was broken and did not seem like a recent thing. They had signs up and you had to go outside just to get in your room. We were right by the stairs and it was so nosy. Did not seem like a Hilton hotel

Staff was fantastic! Building and rooms need work. Elevators are non operational and have been for over a month and we were on the 5th floor. Staff really is doing their best but big management needs to get some things right with this hotel. Bathtub stained and nasty looking, weak water pressure on shower, security lock on door ripped out of door jam and dangling. Beds were cozy, room itself was nice and AC worked well.

This was hands down the worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had in my entire life and they refused to refund me because i booked through Expedia instead of the Hilton honors app which i also have an account for. I drove 5 hours from PA to Richmond VA only to find out upon arrival that the elevators were broken and we needed to use the stairs. You had to go outside and around the building to get to the stairs and climb to the 3rd floor with all of our belongings for my brothers wedding. There was no hot water, the toilet seat was broken as well as the toilet itself, the handle on the faucet for the sink just fell off when i turned it on. You could literally hear everything from kids running through the hallways and the rooms on either side of you. Not some for hotel pools but it had a thick nasty film on top and the whole should be closed down in my opinion until repairs are completed. They said for the inconvenience we will give you free breakfast. The breakfast was disgusting and honestly wouldn’t even be worth your money if you had to pay for it. I asked the lady working the kitchen how her day was going only to get the response “well I’m making breakfast for all you people” honestly probably going to boycott Hilton as they don’t seem to care about their customers. If you have plans to stay here don’t. There are so many other options in the area that you could actually enjoy staying at.

A great location but the elevator has been broken for awhile. The only way up to your room was thru an outside stairwell and you couldn’t use a cart for your luggage. When we checked into our room the hot water valve to the bathroom sink didn’t work and was turned off because it leaked. I was expecting more from this hotel chain

We've been here several times over the last few years. Generally good property and value. This time, when we checked in we were told the elevators weren't working. First available floor was the fourth. Luckily as a 67 year old man I could manage the walk up and down. Plus you had to go outside to swipe your key to get to the stairs. To add a bit to this sad tale, we did not get our room serviced that night either. To be fair the hotel did comp us breakfast for the two mornings.

Elevator was not working (and had not been for the past week). I should have been notified of this when I made my reservations. Because everyone was using the stairs, the landings and bannisters were filthy. The laundry room was out of service. My room was very tired, the bathroom sink’s grout was pulling away from the sink, the carpets were stained. Housekeeping started banging on doors at 9 am, waking those trying to sleep in. I will not stay here again. There are better options in Richmond
