"The property is located in a very beautiful and secluded part of Virginia. All cabins are nestled within the trees and our unit had a lovely tree shaded deck. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner outside in complete comfort thanks to the trees (this also made it very private). The cabin was nicely designed and the kitchen was clean and very functional. "Lake view was awesome!"

"The property needed a cleaning on the inside… cobwebs and overall dust. It seemed that no one had stayed in a while and was left as is. We had to ask the owner for washcloths because they were not provided with towels. WiFi was working half the time and was Roku so limited to watch anything. We will not stay here again but it could be a sweet place if adjusted."

I was little disappointed we were not told we had to make reservations for the pool, as all time slots were taken. However there were plenty of other activities to occupy the time. "My daughter got married at the Estate at River Run so we decided to stay near the venue instead of taking the long drive home. This little house is packed with charm and was perfect for our family! It was clean, had all of the amenities we needed and it was convenient."
