"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was lovely and the weather cooperated nicely.The host was very responsive and helpful. Some outside lights were out which didn't allow for outdoor dining at night. Also, the utility room flooded when multiple showers were running. Beds were comfortable and the kids (big and small) loved the game room.We enjoyed our stay in Lake Anna and would definitely return. We would love to visit again."

"We had a wonderful time with our dogs, kids, and Lala (grandmom). Kitchen was really well stocked (with labels) with amazing coffee machines (yes plural!!!), cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices, cleaning items, and a first aid kit! The house layout was perfect with two "wings" and a great central open room. The sunroom ran the length of the house and was a wonderful gaming and relax spot. We kayaked several times a day and had an overall fantastic time. Very clean and pretty decorations. I hope we can make it back again next year for spring break!"

"My group of buddies and I have been doing a yearly fishing trip since 2017. This house and stay has been our unanimous favorite so far. The house itself was very spacious and could have easily accommodated more than the four of us. The dock was really nice, plenty of electric to charge the boat batteries and could fit 2-4 bass boats if necessary. I even caught a few small largemouth when we were just hanging out down by the water. The access to both parts of the lake from an insanely close private launch is the absolute best for any fishermen coming to fish this lake. You really can’t beat this house and opportunity to fish it so easily. Our group of four with two boats caught over 300 largemouth and even brought in a fish of a lifetime, a 7.5 lb largemouth. It was our most memorable trip yet and we are so thankful for that. We usually don’t visit the same place two years in a row but for this house we hope to make an exception! "

"Three families with 5 kiddos enjoyed all this waterfront property had to offer. Two of the brave ones even jumped in the lake! The ninja line and sand pit were hits! Parents enjoyed being able to relax on the deck and watch kiddos from above. I bet this house is amazing in the summer months! "

" We had a very weekend stay at Bumpass in early October. The house is conveniently located near a marina and dollar general. We had 3 adults and 3 kids in our group and we had enough space to spread out; could have probably done a couple more people still felt good about the space. There are three living areas with a basement movie room (very cool), a main floor living room with large tv, and a screened in patio. There are lots of board games as well that we got into. There is also the large outdoor deck with grill AND Blackstone. The hot tub is certainly a nice touch as well! The outdoor property is well appointed with nice fire pit, frisbee golf “hole”, nice dock with sitting area, good place for lake swimming off the dock, and canoes, kayaks and paddle boards! Despite having enough room for our group, I did think the home felt a little smaller than the pictures suggest. Be prepared to bring all of your own kitchen supplies; there are no supplies, not even salt and pepper. Finally be aware that the hot tub will not be hot when you arrive, unless you are adjacent to a prior stay; it is kept at 85F when the house is not rented. Overall it was a very nice rental. My family and I really enjoyed our weekend."
