"This is a cheap and cheerful place to stay that fits the bill for night or two. It’s close to the Swindon Discount shopping centre and it is right beside the M4. "Fun to stay at a 17th century coaching inn. The I’m has a lot more f character, friendly and helpful staff and good food. Parking is limited but we were able to get a space. The room wasn’t ready by check in time but we had arrived earlier than planned. I would stay here again. There are many places to eat on the High Street. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Good food in the pub/restaurant on site. The breakfast area is separate from the pub area, which we thought was a nice touch. Room was a good size (it was the Stratton Suite). Water was great pressure in the shower. Just one small thing. The door at the top of the stairs needs some WD40!"
