"Position was good for conference. Room had view of lane and garbage bins. It was generally quiet. Our room was last serviced on 2nd floor so I returned at approximately 3-4 pm to unserviced room which I the vacated to have cleaned. I had been out all day. This on the 2 full days we stayed. Room was small but comfortable the bathroom excellent and very clean and tidy. It also appeared reasonably fresh and fittings new. "The reception staff were amazing and attentive to our individual needs. There were days when the room refresh was done later than ideal. I understand this isn't the norm and was probably a staffing issue, but we were in the room and didn't want to leave. "

They have warned us about club noises before booking, but it's the extend that as an Asian it surprised me. I didn't mind because I'm hearing impaired, and I can feel the windows shaking from the club noise until around midnight. I slept well because again, I'm hearing poor so to me it's like sleeping on a train. I don't know how many others would feel this way. "

"Hotel was clean, great location, kinda pricey for the shoebox size room. But place was clean, staff very friendly, especially cleaning staff for rooms. Bar and Restaurant in foyer called "Stubby's" was convenient very friendly staff, great chef, great food well priced, children friendly awesome! Only bad point was the size of the shower/bathroom/toilet arra and the terrible sliding door on the bathroom, that offered no privacy from family members. Also TV did not work and i couldnt even mirror...
