"I liked that it was clean but the rooms were noisy and view was of the abandoned hotels behind the property. I appreciate that Lucca at the front desk changed the accessible room to a regular room because “clearly didn’t need it” and it was “scummy” to have booked it. I couldn’t help but feel it was a jab at me. I honestly don’t remember the type of room I booked through Expedia. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. "

"We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place for our trip to go to Disney World. We chose this hotel because it was more affordable and offered a park shuttle. They don’t post their shuttle times on the website but I assumed it would be at the normal times. It was not. The shuttle drop off times were after the parks opened and if you’re making the most of an expensive trip to WDW, then you’re going to get there before the park opens. "Staff wa great from cleaning people to breakfast people."

"We have a large family, so staying in their family suites was much more affordable than staying on site at universal for a week. The space of the suite was perfect for our 7, with kitchen space to prepare lunches, breakfast etc.. The only complaint on the room was that for the amount of people, they really had no options to hang towels to dry. The ice makers were down, and so were a set of elevators. The location was perfect. We could walk across the street to gain access to the universal...
