"The location, if you are using the coach station for trips with Best of Switzerland or Grayline is excellent as it is just accross the road. Easy to walk to Zurich Old Town and the lake for boat trips, through the train staion and along Bahnhofstrasse. Clean hotel although a basic room it had everything I needed. Very comfortable. "

"The hotel is located in the suburbs of Zurich, in less than 10 minutes you can reach the train station and in 8 minutes you can reach the center of beautiful Zurich. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The person at the front desk was very friendly and answered all our questions."

"Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich."

"clean room, great location, super easy check-in process! first time at a staff-less hotel and it didn’t disappoint! one thing to note is if you’re coming from zurich main station, the walking path to the hotel has 2 flights of stairs (hotel is higher uphill)"

"Not very clean, clogged sink, they didn’t service our room, terrible pillows. Lady at reception was nice but said she’d get maintenance to fix the clogged sink and didn’t, so not very effective. Breakfast was good. "

"Hotel in an excellent location and amazingly friendly staff. Room was smaller than Expedia pictures but had a lovely view over a courtyard. Bathroom small and breakfast basic but adequate. Waterpressure in shower fluctuates affecting hot and cold water so maybe not ideal for kids. Despite a few flaws the hotel is very good value and had some very nice touches. Ideal location and super friendly staff make this hotel. "
