Breakfast is vegan-ish, but we managed to have a good breakfast daily. great location for walking, shopping, etc. Zurich central train station is a short 5 min walk. 1 minute from local train junction. staff was great, room was spacious. would stay again.

Nice stay in Zurich
Very close to train station and street full of restaurants. Offers complimentary popsicles. Wasn't used to a room with no aircon this summer so the curtain is recommended to be shut.

Great hotel. Excellent location, just 5 minutes from the train station. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy, and they were able to get me into my room early. Air conditioning was a nice change for Switzerland and much appreciated! They also provide you with a bottle of water, but make sure you have an opener so you can drink it!

The room cleaning was not good because we found some hair on the mirror and lots of finger prints. Breakfast, receptionists are good. Basically I recommend this hotel because of the location and friendly staffs. They also allow us to put our big luggages in the luggage room when we went to Interlaken.

Great & convenient location! It was a little bit noisy outside the 1st. night but you couldn’t hear it soon you close your windows. It’s nearby all restaurants, shopping area and center of city! 😊

We couldnt sleep as there were too many people gathering nearby our hotel and screaming for the whole night. Till 2am we were still awake. Next morning woke up we saw rubbish and bottles on the floor outside our hotel. Not recommended this hotel to family travellers.

The hotel is really close to Zurich HB which makes it really easy to go around Zurich as well as any tours from Zurich. Area near hotel has tons of restaurants and shopping. Rooms are decent. We had a problem with our bathroom drain which caused a lot of spillage. Staff tried to help but kind of punted that it can be cleaned and fixed next day only. This was disappointing and we had to make do with towels on the floor to clean up. Seems like they don’t have much housekeeping staff beyond the day time.

We really enjoyed the room size. We were able to check-in early (already dropped off our bags in our room before 10 am). Breakfast offered some variety and was very nice to have included. Clean and easy storage for us to keep our bags in the day we left. Location of the hotel is excellent. To improve - cleanliness. We noticed on a few instances that the room and common areas could have been cleaned better. At breakfast on day 1 - the serving woman was clearly overwhelmed and had difficulty serving all clients as well as keeping the buffet stocked. Day 2 - this was not an issue.
