Very nice property, beautiful room. 10 minute walk from the train station. Staff are excellent, the only room for improvement is the breakfast. Choice is a bit limited, however overall an excellent hotel for exploring Zurich.

Great little hotel in the centre of the Old Town right on the square. A little noisy at night on the weekends as people exit bars, but that’s to be expected. There was a lot of street construction going on all over Old Town unfortunately, but it was fine. The private living room type lounge was really nice to have to pop in for a coffee or a drink, and the breakfast room was lovely. Beautiful breakfast each day and the staff was so lovely!

Great hotel, just note that Uber will not go into this hotel, so if you have lots of bags they will need to order transportation which cost us double the price.

Hotel was good. Front desk staff & the guys who took your luggage up were wonderful. A few issues I had were that there wasn’t a lot of options for a vegetarian at breakfast time and room cleaning wasn’t done as thoroughly as we’d like. There were still some garbage left around the room.

I loved the area around the hotel super walkable with lots of restaurants and shops. There was a small Christmas market in front of the hotel. Eve thing was clean. The room needs a little renovation but overall a good stay.
