"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "Lamira Serviced apartments was wonderful it was like a suite with a kitchenette. The only recomendation is to add a microwave. There is a lovely balcony with a view of a river. A train stop, convenience store and coffee shops were within walking distance. I was in conract for towels and the check out via email. I highly recommend and would like to esppecially mention Vanessa's warm welcome!"

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."
