"This hotel was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle which we loved. They also offered the cutest bag breakfast as we had an early flight- before the continental breakfast was open, such a nice surprise. We also really enjoyed the dinner and drinks we had here, one of our favourites of our trip in Chile. "

My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again! "Overall we enjoyed our stay. Although check-in didn't go as smoothly as hoped, as the room (Executive Double room, 1 King Bed and separate living room) we had booked was occupied and not available. Instead, we were put into a one room with queen bed with loveseat, and received a couple of complimentary cocktails for the inconvenience. The next day they did move us to the room we booked as pictured, but still disappointing we had to go through this for a 2 night stay. Our booked room was...
