The rooms are nice because they are all remodeled the interior rooms on first and second floor have very bad AT&T cell service The third floor is got excellent service but you hear a lot more airplane noise All in all, it is a nice place to stay. There is a lot of security in the parking lot. One thing is that as many times as that I have stayed there which is many I have never ever gotten an email saying thank you or how did you like us or any kind of email after picking them over all the others However, after talking to one of the people at the front desk, they said it is probably because I do not gamble enough that is where the casino makes their money and tries to get you back by sending you incentives Anyway, I will continue to stay there cause their rooms are nice

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was quite clean. Older, but great for the money! I would stay here again!

I was looking for budget accommodation since I was staying for one brief night in Las Vegas. Everything about the facility was real negative. Thankfully I was traveling solo on this trip. I had a hard time getting their courtesy shuttle from the airport. Upon arrival at the hotel, I couldn't even hear the front desk clerk as they were playing loud live music across the room. Very unfriendly staff. The room was completely outdated, dirty and semi sketchy area.

My brother was traveling home from Thailand and had his wallet stolen. I had booked him this room and upon arrival the lady at check in laughed in my brothers face for not having a card to put on file. She refused to take a card over the phone and refused to provide her name or get a manager. This experience was absolutely terrible. We will never stay here again and we will be contacting corporate.
