I checked in (staff was incredibly friendly) went to the room & immediately checked right back out. Room smelled, it was Dirty, and there were stains on the wall, bedding, everywhere.

I stayed there for 3 night. On night one the AC unit was so loud that I didn’t had any sleep. I called the front desk after I came back from working 14hrs and told the manager in charge that night about the issue and he just told me that I had to deal with it. That the hotel had old AC units and that he couldn’t do anything about i. That I just had to deal with it. I try to get a refund and he told me that he couldn’t do that because I had booked the room through Expedia. Don’t waste your money on this dump

Staff definitely needs to do a more thorough job cleaning. Upon arrival we noticed drops of blood stains on the shower wall, and found a used condom under the bed. Staff was friendly and helpful no complaints there. Cleanliness was not up to par.

I stay here when traveling because their shuttle is very convenient to getting to the airport and you can park your car in the garage (globalairportparking.com). The only downfall with the casino is it smells of smoke. This is a smoking casino everywhere. And if you like craps and blackjack, they have computers to use at the table. Kindof weird.

Casino had people smoking and it smelled bad. I went to the second floor restaurant and the smoke smell was heavy there. The food was excellent and the server too. I won't return because of smoke.
