The rooms are average, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The convention center is walkable and that is why we choose this hotel. Again Cammy, Ricky and staff were very friendly which made the stay that much nicer.

The Mardi Gras was amazing. Easy check in, clean rooms, great dining inside the hotel, and tons of parking. You’re also not far from the strip. Also, a great view of The Sphere. Special thanks to Jenny and Ricky for the amazing customer service— they were able to accommodate an early check in for me. Will book again for future vacations
