"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean, fresh, well appointed and really nice. THE PROBLEM IS THE WI-FI IS SHOCKING AND USELESS. There is the general Mercure connection or a connection in your room. The signal is good .... the bad point is using a VPN it drips every 1 minute. This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. Unless this is solved I really can’t stay and work at...

"The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and courteous. It was very close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel no longer has a restaurant/kitchen, Expedia needs to update this info on their website as the hotel no longer provides breakfast on the go. However there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were satisfactory. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Hangzhou for a few days. "

"We stayed here for two nights as part of a longer trip. the hotel is very close to the station and many good attractions. Breakfast was ok but limited. The bar is a very basic lobby type that closes early. No restaurant onsight for dinner but the reception staff were great at finding suggestions. I would stay here again. "
