"I recently stayed at a hotel that was incredibly convenient and had just undergone a lovely renovation. The room layout was very nice, making it comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. However, I was disappointed with the staff's attitude. They were not friendly, and I found them to be unhelpful and unresponsive when I needed assistance. It's a shame because the hotel itself has so much potential with its great location and beautiful renovations."

All appliances are top line and in good condition. My unit was a corner one, with lots of windows. You’ll have a great view since the hotel starts on the 40th floor of a 52 story building.
