"Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort - warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. Sara, in particular, was incredibly accommodating. We had a room which took our breath away - floor-to-ceiling windows framing the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower, with the glittering skyline of Shanghai stretching out before us at night.
