"It was a quick check-in, and the service was friendly. I loved the shampoo and conditioner. I forgot its name, but it was not harsh on my hair and skin. The location is within walking distance of BC Place, Rogers Arena, and all other venues. "

"A great stay except the lack of cleaning on some high touch surfaces like the bathroom light switch that were smeared with something unknown. Should have been caught by cleaners but otherwise good experience as a regular guest of this hotel. "

"The shower gel was completely out the first day. We arrived late so didn’t bother to get it. We called second morning but they didn’t replace one until the second night we called. The breakfast wasn’t too good either. The workers are all nice and polite. We enjoyed the good food in the area so much. "

"Good location. Friendly staff. Old building but everything in the room was in good condition. Room cleaned everyday. Will be perfect if offering complimentary coffee in the lobby. Parking underground is easy possibly due to winter off seasons, with reasonable price for the downtown location."

"Great location. First time in Vancouver. Loved having a grocery store down the street. No store seemed to be more than 10 minutes away, walking in any direction Able to thrift some great things within the area. Nice to have a coffee shop with great sweet and savory selections located in the hotel. Stayed with family in a nice sized room with full kitchen. Would stay here again. "

"I love the history of the hotel! It had the perfect mix of heritage with a beautiful modern bathroom. Currently parts of the hotel are under construction so that took a bit away from the experience a bit. Would love to stay again when it’s all done."
