"Never a bad stay when I come here. A couple things I did not like this time. 1. At check-in the attendant was not welcoming. Normally check ins are great! Not this time. 2. There was some kind of dragon conference and the hotel was packed. I love that for Sonesta, but guests were bad about slamming doors throughout the night. 3. Someone brought their dog into the dining area during breakfast, not ok. 4. We had to switch rooms twice. 1st room the water would not get hot, 2nd room the heat did not...

"I have no complaints about my stay however the restaurant Next can use some help in the kitchen. I ordered breakfast from the menu but ended up leaving it due to the steak not being cooked at the temperature I requested, the eggs were swimming in butter or some kind of oil, the toast was hard as a rock and glass and utensils were both dirty."

"This hotel had not offer BREAKFAST as it said when I booked it through Hotels.com. Also its floor carpet was Not cleaned as the stairs were very dirty. I and my family may never come back!"

"We were given a conference room without couch which is what our reservation said. I was surprised to learn this facility doesn't leave bags in the trash cans. I, myself, like to leave a clean room. The bathtub should have soap, shampoo, etc like your showers. They were bolted to the wall. "
