"For a reasonable priced hotel for edinburgh compared to many others it was absolutely perfect for what me and my wife wanted and needed. Its obviously not going to be the ritz 5 star because f the price but it was clean, tidy, great parking and central location. When coming back to edinburgh again we will definitely be back inthe future. Dont be put off by some other negative reviews "

"I initially booked this hotel out of convenience. It was located near to both Haymarket Station and the Usher Hall. That was my main concern. I was totally amazed by the helpfulness, the friendliness, and the professionalism of the staff at the hotel. They were all outstanding! This was such a surprise to me as Id only expected a basic bed for the night. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was SO comfy. They provide an early check in and a late check out facility, which was ideal for my arrangements. I couldnt fault one thing about this hotel. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and stress-free. I am disabled and you have no idea how your simple acts of kindness helped me"
