"The location is excellent it was easy to find and accessible to many places around Edinburgh. The underground rooms were quieter and dark for a good sleep, we felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. The flexibility to come in and go anytime was a bonus. The extended car park was also very handy. The limited dining was a downer for us as we had no breakfast on site. Overall the property meets all the basic requirements for coaches and brief weekend getaway."

"Very lovely, modern and new hotel. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, from the lobby, to the lifts, to the rooms themselves. The rooms were a little on the small side but we were fine with it. The location was perfect too, and everything is within walking distance. Other than to get to and from the airport, we didn’t need to take public transport at all. "

"The hotel was a lovely place to stay. There were some issues with cleanliness in our room, hair in the bathroom, old food packaging under the bed. All issues that are easily resolved. We would stay at the hotel again. The staff were lovely and would do anything to assist you. There is a train station not far that takes you straight into the City centre and takes around 7 minutes.
