"Parking is inconvenient and a ripoff. Need to self park half a block up the road and lot was full and had to park half in a snow bank for $35/day. Option was $100 for valet which is a ridiculous price to charge for Niagara Falls parking.. and it wasn’t available because valet lot was full..? Staff is very nice. Room was ok. Location is great walking distance from most things in the new Falls area. Door to room did not close so needed to slam door shut when entering or leaving. "

"First time staying at this hotel and we loved it!! The rooms are gorgeous clean. The hotel from the outside looks outdated but inside it’s really nice. It’s close to the Fallsview casino and not too far from Clifton hills. The people were nice, checkin and checkout were quick and easy!! Would definitely come back and 10/10 recommend. "

"Me and my friends went to Niagara and stayed here. Front desk staff Prashant was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean too. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It wasn’t very expensive and close to Clifton hill. We never had any problem staying there."
