"What an absolute joy, from discovering a new hotel to the impeccable service and experience. I cannot fault a single thing. The smiles from Olivia on reception, to the welcome in the CASA restaurant from Marcus in the evening. The photos don't do the hotel justice. Beautiful Welsh dragon statue in the entrance, lovely light and airy, and also had access to Ty+ lounge. The bed is one of the comfiest I've ever stayed in, and the fittings and fixtures in the rooms and corridors are second to none....

"The things that stood out the most was how incredibly friendly was every staff member in the hotel and how clean the hotel was, my room smelled nice when I arrived. Breakfast was good, it’s a shame that advertised dinner service was not available on neither days off my stay. The Negative point is non existent sound insulation and super loud kids at almost 11pm."
