"Nice boutique feel to the hotel. Overall decor was good, a few tired elements let it down like the iron burn on the carpet and the bathroom flooring. Staff very very friendly. Everywhere was very clean. Good spot to stay to access the city centre."

"We stayed as a couple for one night as we were going to the very nearby Norwich arts centre for a gig. The hotel was both classy and cosy, everything was a nice size ( room, bed, bathroom etc), very clean and everything we needed. The building itself is grand, kooky and welcoming. "I always like staying at the Hatfield. Its been 15 years ive been staying and i just think its a lovely cheerful place to stay. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is good and the service is quick. The rooms are comfortable and warm. It reminds me of how hotels used to be, its like going back in time, in a good way. Well done to all keeping the Hatfield charming and warm."

All Saints Church. The tower of All Saints church was struck by lightning in 1762 and has since fallen to ruin, with a large crack splitting the west tower wall almost in half. Falling masonry soon also destroyed the nave but the chancel > 831329 was made safe; restored in the late 1800s it is still occasionally being used for worship. Perfect visit

"We had a lovely stay in one of the garden rooms for 2 nights. All staff were really friendly. We had breakfast included which had a good selection and would recommend the porridge! We had two evening meals and they were fresh, tasty and filling. The atmosphere in the dining and lounge areas is relaxing and perfect for us. The location was ideal for us to visit further along the Norfolk coastline and the Broads. This isn’t the first time we have stayed at the Wayford Inn and we we hope to returning again. "
