"The flat was very nicely situated and we actually had breakfast on the balcony 2 mornings as a real sun trap. Can’t believe this in April. It was early in season and not many places to eat. Walked 2 hours along the beautiful beach every day. Bed and pillows too hard for us so didn’t sleep great. Would definitely stay again and maybe when there a few more people about. Plenty of nearby places to visit if you have a car and a lovely steam train ride from Holt."

"We appreciated this warm, quiet, clean, comfortable apartment. It is not in the Cathedral grounds as advertised. It is on the second floor which is not mentioned in the property details. Half the kitchen lights were not working, there was no bath plug or shower mat and rail. We found dirty crockery in the dishwasher (which we did not use). Hooks in the hallway to hang wet outdoor clothing would have been useful."

"Ideal location for anyone needing to be near the courts or the cathedral and next to the beautiful Elm Hill area of Norwich. The apartment has everything you could need, including a bathroom and an en suite for the main bedroom. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and sitting room. There are lots of steps between different levels which was not a problem but could be for those who find stairs tricky. It was a perfect place for my work needs and I really hope to be back. "
